This is how your business appears
on Explorando Lugares.
One free listing and three paid subscriptions: Featured, Business Page and Premium. Compare the card travelers see and the information they can open with each option.
These are illustrative examples: “Your business” is not a real establishment. Only completed fields approved for publication are displayed.
Four ways to appear in the directory
Business and Premium pages share a section, followed by featured businesses and then free listings. Category filters apply to every group.
Compare the two dedicated pages
Both open a business page outside the place directory. Premium adds sections and photographs; it is more than a larger card.
Reference images are received privately. The cover and final images are prepared and reviewed before publication. The examples use illustrative images rather than business photographs.
If you operate experiences
If your business has the category Experiences and activities, as its primary or an additional category, you can add operator placement in a published experience in the same place. A paid subscription is required: it cannot be purchased alone or with Free.
The add-on costs COP $29,900 per month for the selected experience. Featured plus this add-on totals COP $79,800 per month. A directory listing does not automatically include this placement in the experience.
From your account to publication
Create and verify your account
Register as a person and confirm your email. Manage your businesses from My account.
Find or register your business
Claim an existing business or request a new registration. We review your relationship with the business before linking it to your account.
Choose your subscription
Free or one of the three paid subscriptions. For paid subscriptions, choose monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual billing and submit payment information and proof.
Complete and publish
Validating payment proof does not automatically publish the business. Its information and images are reviewed before publication is approved.
The total is shown before you submit: a quarter costs the equivalent of 2.5 months; a half year, 5.2; and a year, 10 months.
Subscriptions offer presentation and visibility; they do not guarantee visits, sales or bookings.
Before paying: review and activation
- We will publish your business within five (5) business days after receiving payment. Saturdays, Sundays and Colombian public holidays are excluded. Before paying, provide the information and reference images required for your subscription.
- The paid term starts when the subscription is approved and published, not when you transfer money or submit payment proof. Time spent awaiting publication does not consume the purchased term.
- Before publication we review your relationship with the business, payment, information and applicable images. Submitting proof or confirming payment does not automatically publish the business or activate its benefits.
- If payment proof is rejected, My account shows the reason and next step. If information or images need correction, publication remains pending and the paid term has not started.
If publication ultimately proves impossible, we will explain why and handle your request for a resolution or refund under the contract and applicable rights.
